Call for Papers:

"Proteomics and multiprotein complexes in transcriptional regulation", Special Topic Issue in Translational Biomedicine

Dear colleague:
It is my pleasure to let you know I have been designated as Guest Editor to edit an special topic issue in Translational Biomedicine (ISSN: 2172-0479) http://www.transbiomedicine.com/

Translational Biomedicine is indexed by several world class databases including NLM Catalog, Scopus, Embase, EBSCO, DeepDyve, Genamics JournalSeek, CrossRef, Journal TOC, Open J-Gate, Index Copernicus Master List and many more. All articles are assigned DOI number, archived in Crossref and other repositories.

It will be focused in "Proteomics and multiprotein complexes in transcriptional regulation". Proteins rarely act alone. They work as multiprotein complex and act as an important trans factor. It is needed to explore the role of these protein protein interactions with respect to transcription factor complex and how they regulate gene expression by binding to specific DNA sequence.
This issue aims to disseminate investigations on this topic. This issue considers manuscripts that deal with any aspect of proteomics and multiprotein complexes in transcriptional regulation.

The main types of contribution are full-length articles, short communications and review articles.
The articles published are subjected to iMedPub's article processing charges. This charges are, by far, the lowest article processing charges of all medical publishers.

I hope we can count with your contributions soon. Deadline is 30th June. You can submit online here. Please, in the first step "Comments" write "This manuscript is for for the special issue Proteomics and multiprotein complexes in transcriptional regulation". Looking forward to receive your manuscripts.

Best wishes
